Armed criminals in Zamfara in northwestern Nigeria killed 11 members of the local self -defense force and two employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs, AFP reported.
As noted, the “unidentified group” attacked the village of Adabas last week and kidnapped some residents. After that, leaving the chase, the criminals were ambushed and fired into security forces trying to free the stolen.
It is indicated that the remote rural areas of Zamfara state are often attacked by many gangs kidnapping people with the purpose of buying and robbing the village.
