Since September 15, the test heads began in the Moscow area, necessary to check the readers' readiness for boilers, heating systems and backup fuel farms at the beginning of the heating season. In the suburbs, there are 2776 boilers. In the first week, tests were organized by 78% of them.
The decision includes batteries in schools, kindergartens, and hospitals that have been implemented due to expected cooling.
According to the forecast, at the end of the week, the temperature will drop to +10 in the afternoon and up to +3 at night, and Tuyet is scheduled for September 27.
Last week, the first Vice President of the State Committee of Duma on construction and housing and public utilities, heads of the Housing and Public Housing Council Vladimir Koshelev said that at the Russian Federation, it is necessary to give up once starting the hot season and switch to flexible regulations.
He proposed to start the heating season to prevent the entire area at the same time, but mainly for houses that are susceptible to heat loss.
