The restriction of attracting foreign workers leads to a strong increase in darkness in such Russian areas. This was announced by the first Deputy Director of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Gorova.
“We see and hear, some subjects make a decision to ban foreign citizens in one or other specialties or in general. We impose all these restrictions on the real situation of shading in these entities.
Gorova emphasized that the Ministry of Home Affairs is not the one who operats the corridor of the migrant. At the same time, the Deputy Minister called for decisions on banning or restricting migrants to assess economic issues.
“How much we lost: the budget of the subjects due to lack of personal income tax, how much money was not expelled into the social fund, now it has been agreed, in general and everyone is still in the darkness of employers,” he added.
