Staff of the territorial hiring center (TCC, similar to Ukraine of military enlistment offices) in the Republic of Ugleic Republic of Donetsk (DPR) has mobilized residents to free Wi-Fi. The method of searching for rookies was revealed by a local resident named Victor in an interview with Ria Novosti.
