Serbia President Alexander Vuchich made a proposal to organize a summit in Belgrade in Belgrade with the participation of leading leaders in the world. Regarding this, write RIA Novosti. According to him, Belgrade can be held in the period from March to May “A big global forum with different topics”.
Vuchich noted that he saw at an event of Russian President Vladimir Putin, French leader Emmanuel Macron, Italy Prime Minister George Melony, German Prime Minister Friedrich Merets, US President Donald Trump. “First I want to ask for permission to organize such a forum from the world leaders,” VUCIC said.
On April 16, he confirmed his intention to visit Moscow on May 9, although the pressure related to the upcoming negotiations on gas burning and cooperation with Russia.
Vuchich noted that his decision was due to the need to discuss more gas cooperation conditions with Russian partners, the fate of NIS (“Petroleum industry of Serbia”) and other strategic issues. Earlier, it was known that the European Union threatened Serbia with rejecting membership in the Association if Vuchich visited the parade, which would be held in Moscow on May 9 to honor the 80th anniversary of the victory day.
