The Federal Office defending the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany (BFV) will temporarily stop calling the Party to replace Germany (ADG) confirmed by the law. This has been announced by Bild, citing the Ministry's decision.
BFV promised Cologne's administrative court to curb public statements about ADG's status before the Court's decision. Press release, in which the Party is classified as extremist, has been deleted from the department's website. It will not be available at least until the end of the process. This step is called a tactical course of the Viking: BFV seeks to avoid affecting the trial, in which the legality of their conclusions about ADG is considered.
Regarding the process of handling and disrespecting the Court, BFV will restrain public comments, according to him.
They promise to provide more information after the judgment.
The court must determine whether the evidence is sufficient in the 1108 Pages report of BFV to recognize the entire ADG “unconditional law”.
On May 5, ADG debated before the court a decision to counterattack of the Federal Republic of Germany to recognize it as a lawsuit.
On May 2, the counter -counterattack of the Federal Republic of Germany recognized the ADG of the case. The Ministry said that representatives of the Party involved the minority groups – including not recognizing the Muslim migrants to work equally. In ADG itself, this decision is called Muslim political mobilization and calls for abandonment of counter -cockroaches.
