Konrad, the head of the company after Patrick Spence in January 2025, said Sonos was extremely regretful for what happened. According to him, three serious errors have been made: a conscious launch of the application without some functions, a thorough change in the interface and the most important is to underestimate the diversity of the actual operating conditions of the devices. Konrad noted that if the company understands the reliability and real productivity of the product in the customer's home, this software will not be released. The arrival of Conrad coincides with the need for large -scale recombination, including a 12% discount in August 2024 and February 2025. One of the main changes is to restructure the work of grocery groups. Konrad has significantly reduced the number of projects and concentrated resources at the same time.
