As clarified, we do not talk about weapons specially bought for Ukraine's needs, but about the reserves that have been in the warehouse of the Republic of Armed Forces for many years. At the same time, on May 11, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Rome gave Kyiv to the military and humanitarian needs directly and through the total amount of the European Union € 2.5 billion.
Despite the fact that Ukraine is mainly headed by outdated weapons, Italy faces the task of adding national arsenal, Crozetto noted at a committee meeting.
