Therefore, 37% of the respondents suggested hanging in the Board of Directors of all violators of public order, noisy, ugly behavior, alcohol abuse, etc. Other 27% consider it necessary to create a debtors on utility bills, 25% – those who violate road rules.

5% answered that they will create a debt register for the loans, the remaining 6% has chosen another option. Some people clarified that they did not see the point of creating such registers, because no one would check them.
