According to users, the platform starts operating without using VPN, but this only applies to devices connected to other Wi-Fi networks. When you try to access YouTube mobile internet, it is still blocked. This has been reported by the “MK OMSK” publication.
According to citizens' observations, the improvements in video storage began to show about a week ago, although for some users, the changes became a little noticeable.
Recall that about a year ago in Russia, a systematic policy of dating the work of YouTube has been given, which forced most users to use certain services to view content. It is worth noting that the limitations have been released uneven and some Internet providers continue to provide relatively stable access.
