In modern medicine, in the treatment of complex fractures, biological substances are used, also known as Skyffold. In Russia, expensive materials of foreign production are used for production. However, scientists have developed a technology to create biological substances from affordable local resources, including fish and deep fat processing waste.
Within the framework of this process, the computational cutting is made, the frame model is created and then used 3D printing, a biological tissue is made. This allows you to create a frame with a predetermined structure that can be used to restore bones. Such frames can help patients avoid repetitive activities.
The university's creative development allows reducing production costs by 50%, without losing quality. In the future, it is planned to use biological substances to create environmentally friendly packaging and other goods.
