Scientists have proposed a two -stage model to explain their discoveries. About 2.7 billion years ago, the plum of the coating caused the formation of thick basalt layers (like iron -rich volcanoes and magnesium) on the seabed. Then, about 2.5 billion years ago, the other plum of the coating brings a warm, causing partial melting of the lower parts of these bases. This process creates lighter Powers TTg, eventually forming a continental bark.
Our result provides convincing evidence that Archaean Cora is not required to form through sinking, Mr. Dini Zhao, the first author of the article explained.
