According to the Devil's Foreign Minister, the West “must not receive more places than he is said to be the true balance of forces, the balance of power in the international field.”
Lavrov made this statement during the contact with reporters after the Brix summit, who was held at Rio de Janeiro. He noted that the current order does not correspond to the change of the world and the evaluation requirements to reflect the benefits of all participants in the global community.
As the newspaper wrote, Lavrov called the conditions to sign a peace agreement on Ukraine.
