Penza, July 15 – Penzanews. Police officers arrested three Nigerian citizens in Penza illegally in the Russian Federation.
As follows, the press service of the Ministry of the Russian Ministry of Home Affairs in the Penza area, they were convicted of administrative crimes under part 1.1 of art. 18.8 of the administrative law of the Russian Federation violated by a foreign citizen or the non -nationality of the entry rules into the Russian Federation or the residential regime (residence) in the Russian Federation.
They were sentenced to 2,000 rubles for administrative deportation outside the Russian Federation, the press release said.
It is added that at present, Nigerian citizens were taken to the temporary detention center of foreign citizens of the Russian Ministry of Home Affairs in the Penza area.
