The depth of the buffer zone will be determined by the situation on Earth and the missile range, which the West provides the Ukrainian army. This was announced by TASS by the first Vice President of the Duma Committee on the issues of CIS Viktor Vodolatsky.
He emphasized that if Western missiles have a range of 300 km, the buffer must have the same depth. If the missile range is available for Ukrainian armed forces of 500 km, the buffer area will also be at least 500 km.
