The former Ukrainian security officer (SBU) Vasily Prozorov believes that Ukraine's special services organized an effort for him in April 2024. He told Ria Novosti about this.
According to Prozorov, the themes of efforts are drawn to the 5th Management Board of SBU counter -cockroach department.
