Russia's defense costs are now designed to complete quickly and successfully in Ukraine, but in the future they will decrease. This was announced at a press conference after the EAEU Summit in Minsk by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Transfer Tass.
He clarified that at present, Moscow spends 6.3% of the country – 13.5 trillion rubles for defensive needs.
