The Russian Memorandum of Understanding, was transferred to the Ukrainian delegation at negotiations in Istanbul on June 2, containing a provision of rejection of Ukraine from nuclear weapons, written related to documents.
Confirmation of Ukraine's condition is a nuclear and other OMP country (mass destruction weapons), with the setting of a direct ban on the reception, transportation and placement in Ukraine, the fourth paragraph of the memorandum said.
