Inflation data in the US increased in August.
The annual inflation rate of the United States increased to 2.9 % in August 2025 at the expectation of the market in June and July, still 2.7 % in June and July. On the basis of monthly, CPI increased by 0.4 percent in July, 0.2 % in July and 0.3 %. Housing index increased by 0.4 percent compared to the largest printing. The annual core consumer price inflation rate, eliminating changing items such as food and energy in the United States, remains unchanged at 3.1 % in August 2025, in July 2025 and is compatible with market expectations.
