    Turkstat Institute of Statistics (Turkstat) has announced inflation data and raising interest rates for rent per month. The ceiling increase rate is applied in the rental price calculated by CPI data on average 12 months.

    In April 2025, the increase in rent will be determined by the Turkish Statistical Institute (Turkstat) based on inflation data in March. Consumer price index (CPI) and domestic production price index (YI-PPI) are directly announced by Turkstat that affects the rent increase rate.
    Turkstat will publish inflation data in March. In the light of these data, the increase rate is made for houses and the rental price of the workplace will be clear.
    Turkstat inflation data will be announced by Turkstat at 10:00 on April 3. Therefore, the price increase for housing and workplace will be clarified in April.
    When the March inflation data is announced on April 3, the rental increase rate will take effect in April 2025.
