Tbilisi, June 18 /TASS /. The staff of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Georgia Interior has expelled 25 foreigners, including Russian citizens. This is stated in the department's press services.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Armenia citizens, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Iran, China, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Türkiye were expelled from Georgia. People who are expelled are banned when they enter the republic.
The Georgia Interior Ministry on June 10 reported that the expulsion of 21 foreigners from the country, and on May 22, 15 people were expelled. Recently, the government of the country began to actively fight illegally migration. On May 13, the Gruzia National Assembly passed the first reading of a change package, involving simplification of illegal migration procedures and increasing fines for violating rules to stay in the country.
