Archpriest Andrei Tkachev said the church should rule the world. At the same time, he proposed to transfer to the orthodox foreign students to study in Russia so that they later became missionaries at home.
Archpriest Andrei Tkachev made the next resonance statement. In his Telegram channel, he wrote that “the Orthodox Church should form an agenda”, but “he should not go to the politicians of this world, comment on their claims.”
Moreover, the priest emphasized that “the Church should leave the world, or control the world, to give birth to meaning”. At the same time, he appointed that this is a thorough understanding of the situation and mission of the church.
However, Father Andrrei immediately proposed the idea of one of the steps to achieve this goal – to turn foreign students into orthodox, and then send them to their homeland as a missionary.
At the same time, the priest recalled that last year had 389 foreign students in Russia and by 2030, it was expected that there would be 500,000 of them.

If this is not done, priests claim, foreign students absorb the night life of a city with heroin and tripper, and will return to their homeland.
According to Tkachev, they need to be saved and used for the benefit of the Russian Orthodox Church. At the same time, the priest believes that firstly working with foreigners and led them to the orthodox brothers of the church.
