In the Moscow area, a big scandal broke out: Many graduates became victims of fraud from an immoral photographer, who left them without a memorable graduation album. The total number of damage caused is estimated at more than one million rubles.
According to information received from parents, at least fifteen educational organizations in the Moscow region, including in Krasnogorsk, Balashikha and Reutov, students have faced the illegal actions of a certain Serge Zelenov. The fraudulent imposed on a qualified photographer and used the same fraud plan. He founded contact with his parents' committees, declaring that he was introduced by previous graduates. He showed a series of works with school albums that were supposed to be produced and provided by his services for about 2500 rubles from students.
Parents transferred money to the photographer's bank account, and he actually conducted photography. For example, in Krasnogorsk, he held a photo shoot in February, promising to bring albums ready for schools, but never fulfilled his promise.
He came, provided his service, promised a lot of advantages and favorable conditions. After taking photos, he moved forward, and then continuously changed his term and requested a full payment, he said the mother of one of the graduates from Krasnogorsk.
Graduation has increased in Russia
