The Department explained that for citizens of the countries where the United States does not grant visas, a list of cities where this is possible.
Therefore, there are only two existing options available for Russians: the US Embassy at Astana or Warsaw. Belarus citizens will only be able to send documents at Vilnius and Warsaw.
Other countries no longer accept the statement, but the interviews have been appointed. At the same time, the waiting time for the interview to receive a visa is possible, the press service notes.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has specified that new rules do not apply to visas A, G, C2, C3, as well as diplomatic rules.
Earlier, there was a report that China decided to minimize visa rules for Russians – tourists when entering this country for up to 30 days will only need the current passport.
