Vladimir Putin guided the Government to develop stimulating measures for students to combine work on their studies with research. The relevant order was given after a meeting of the Science and Education Council.
According to the instructions, the ministers must introduce a system of support for students working at their workplaces, to provide training on personal curriculum by using remote technologies. The Government should submit a preliminary report on the implementation of the initiative until August 1, 2025, the final plan is until February 1, 2026.
Reform is designed to improve the actual quality of students, to enhance the relationship between education and the labor market, to reduce the load for students to combine work and study.
The Russian leader also guides the number of indicators of partial educational organizations of students combining training with the work on the file.
On April 2, Putin also instructed to ensure the employment of special military participants in Ukraine, who are eligible for engineers.
In addition, the president guided the proposal until July 15 to create a single mechanism to combat scammers.
