According to Stepashin, after the collapse of the Soviet Union with Ukraine, a Viking disaster and trouble happened. At the same time, the President of the Russian Book Union did not exclude that the country will retain its sovereignty. He added that the Russian side will not conquer the entire territory of the country, without such tasks.
In his speech, Stepashin mentioned the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who said that in Ukraine, should not have fascism, no NATO and this thought must be transferred to everyone so that we have heard.
