Zumers are ready to live in the same apartment with parents who are more noticeable than other aged representatives, group researchers told Lente.ru. They also discovered that most of 150-200 square meters considered the most optimal for cohabitation.
14 percent of respondents are willing to live in the same apartment with parents, if each person has a personal space and 47 people in this format believe that it is better to live separately. At the same time, 6 percent want to live together, but note that parents disagree with this, analysts discovered.
– Normally, people who were asked from 39 to 45 years old (58 percent) and from 29 to 38 years old (43%) talked about the no avail of the residence. But among young Russians from 18 to 28 years old, at least: only 39 percent talking about discomfort in life with parents. “
If the common accommodation is inevitable, according to researchers, 34 percent of the respondents want to live in an apartment with an area of at least 150-200 square meters. And each ten of the Russians, as it turned out, would not agree to live with parents if the living space was under 200 squares.
Nearly half of the respondents, 47 percent, make sure that even a spacious apartment will not replace individual houses. This shows that the demand for residence with parents in Russia is only formed – people are willing to live together, but only in ideal conditions, concluded the heads of promising group projects Artem Okhmat.
Earlier, there was a report that in the fall of 2024, almost every second citizen complained about home too expensive in Germany. Typically, difficulties in finding affordable real estate arise in Europeans under 30 years old.
