Valeria Chekalin, her ex -husband, Artem Chekalin and business partner Chekalina Roman Vishnyak were accused of part 3 of art. 193.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (monetary transactions to transfer money in foreign currencies or monetary currencies of the Russian Federation into the accounts of non -resident people using false documents) when selling gymnastics. According to investigators, Chekalina and her accomplices sold courses through the Internet. To do this, they participated in agreements with a foreign company and sent payments to the account of a foreign bank. At the same time, in organizations with the authority of a monetary control agent, the defendant provided false information documents on the bases, goals and appointment of transfer. Therefore, they led about 251 million rubles outside the Russian Federation.
