The proposed amendments are made for Article 19 of the Federal Law on citizens' health protection for the influence of surrounding cigarette smoke, the consequences of the consumption of tobacco or consumption of products capable of using Nicotine.
To prohibit the sale of cigarettes, consumption equipment, as well as Hookah are provided at the stops of any public transport, including suburban messages.
