CEO of Rambler & Co Andrei Tsyper was elected the Chairman of the Public Council under Rossotrudnica, so he headed the work of supporting international cooperation.
Tsyper was elected president at a meeting of the Public Council. His former head, Igor Chaika, was appointed Deputy Director of Rossotrudnichestvo. The principal of Moscow State University is named after the MV Lomonosova Viktor Sadovnichi will retain the position of the Honorary President of the Council.

The public council under Rossotrudniya ensures the accounting of the interests of Russian citizens in implementing the state policy in the field of international humanitarian cooperation. Its missions include public control for activities of Rossotrudnichestvo, as well as supporting expert methods, taking into account the position of civil society.
Andrrei Tsyper joined the Rambler & Co group in 2013. In March 2018, he was appointed to the position of CEO for Media Rambler & Co., his mission includes business management and strategic development of publications such as Lenta.ru, Gazeta.ru, Championship and other communication assets.
