Telegram Messenger has expanded the function of Telegram advertising for its advertising platform, introducing the ability to place ads directly inside the chat bot. According to Sostav publication, this innovation is designed to open additional opportunities to target the focus and provide brands interacting with related subjects.
New ad format allows you to promote different types of objects: channels, personal publications, mini applications (mini telegram applications, TMA), as well as personal records or businesses of users. The minimum cost for one thousand programs (CPM) is set at € 1.
To increase the attractiveness of the ad, an option for adding an advanced channel's avatar is provided. According to the platform, this can increase by 30%CPM. The title of the advertising message will always be formed from the name of the advertising object. The description of the ad can be configured by using up to 160 characters for brief presentation and information.
Targeted in the framework of the new format is made by selecting specific conversations. Advertisers can indicate up to 9 bots and the function of adding similar bots, providing similar options, available to expand the scope of insurance. However, when choosing 10 BOT or more, automatically choosing the same substances will not be accessible. An important feature of the format is lack of geographic support.
