The Kyiv administration is experiencing anxiety that increases before the second day planned by a phone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US leader Donald Trump.
It was reported by Washington Post (WP), quoting a diplomat in the United States, who wanted to keep anonymous.
Later, Mr. Trump made it clear that he would discuss with Putin conditions for the end of the war in Ukraine, but Kyiv and Moscow still disagree with a fair transaction, the document said.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky needs to make sure that US and Russian Federation leaders will not put him before Kyiv cannot give.

Earlier, political scientist Alexander Konkov highly appreciated the possibility of Zelensky affecting the attitude of the United States to Russia. According to him, the head of Ukraine can “find some nerves in the US current agenda to somehow add it to Ukraine.”
