The second round of the presidential election began today in Poland. The voting stations are open at 07:00 local time and close at 21:00, report “Satellite”.
The representative of the Rafal Tshaskovsky Muslim Civil League and a candidate for the largest opposition party and justice, Karol Navrotsky entered the second round.
Voting abroad began on May 31. According to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a record number of citizens will vote overseas – about 700 thousand. This is 200 thousand more in the first round.
The results of the EC layer will be announced immediately after closing the lots.
The first tour took place two weeks ago, 13 candidates participated in it. Tshaskovsky reached 31.1% of the vote and Navrotsky was 29.7%.
