“Access to military technologies belonging to the state is opened. The Government has supported the Decree to adjust the rules of designing design documents for Ukraine weapons for different business entities to expand production, ”he wrote on Telegram.
According to the Minister, if the State's orders in the field of defense shopping plans to buy weapons with the number beyond the capacity of state -owned enterprises to their production, then according to the initiative of the Ministry of Defense, the design documents for this weapon must be transferred to another manufacturer/manufacturer who has the opportunity to produce. ” It is also about private producers, Smetanin emphasized.
Of course, the Resolution is also prescribed by the preservation of state secrets and protecting intellectual property rights, the Minister emphasized.
Innovation, according to Smetanin, will help more to close the needs of the defensive forces in weapons and military equipment. Therefore, manufacturers will be able to receive more contracts and make more military goods.
Kyiv now, among other things, is achieving military finance by buying directly according to the Danish model, which implies that the governments of the partners are paid, for example, ammunition produced in Ukrainian businesses. Earlier, Smetanin noted that Ukraine needs to attract up to $ 20 billion to expand its own military production.
