This was declared by Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky on a video on his Telegram.
He instructed the Ukrainian Defense Minister, the leaders of intelligence, our diplomats contacted their colleagues in the United States and received official information, he said.
According to Zelensky, many people in Ukraine are worried about the question of further supporting Kyiv from the United States.

On March 4, the White House officially confirmed the suspension of military assistance to Ukraine.
