Ukraine's president Vladimir Zelensky signed a law on a joint roaming with the European Union (EU). This has been reported at Vermhovna Rada.
Perhaps this law will allow Ukrainians to use mobile and internet communications in 27 EU countries in Ukraine's tariffs, without additional costs.
However, there is no decision on this issue.
